I bought tickets on Ticket Synergy the seats ended up being basically exactly what I chose on the map. The row and section matched, and there wasn’t any awkward surprise when I got to the venue.

The only thing I’d say is whoever runs this should make the view details a little clearer before checkout. Still, everything worked fine overall and I’d probably use it again.

I bought concert tickets and got a little sketched out because the PDFs looked different from my friend’s. I hit up support, and they did reply, but they didn’t really explain anything, just said the tickets were valid. They ended up scanning fine at the door, so it worked out, but the whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be. Probably wouldn’t be my go-to next time.

I grabbed tickets for a show through ticketsfy.net and tbh I was a little nervous at first since I hadn’t used them before.

But it all went smooth. Confirmation came in quick, and the tickets popped up in my account when they said they would. No chasing around or weird waitng.

Got into the venue with no issues at all. So yeah, easy overall, which is really all I needed.

My event ended up getting cancelled, and Ticket Synergy did send a notice about it, so that part was fine. But after that, I was kind of left guessing about what was supposed to happen next. I expected clearer instructions on the refund timeline or whether I needed to do anything. I ended up emailing twice before I got a straight answer. The money did come back eventually, but the whole process felt slower and less smooth than it should’ve been...
